Description
This curve is very dangerous for both vehicles amd pedestrians. There is no crossing to Libby park which leads to people running across. Additionally, no one stays in there lane and put other cars at risk when they take the curve to fast. Cars get very close to swerving onto the sidewalk and hitting pedestrians.

Some specific improvements include: • Realignment of the intersection by revising the dominate traffic flow movement from East Main Street (Route 5) to Williamsburg Avenue • Installing new traffic signal with pedestrian crossing buttons • Installing and reconstruct sidewalks and install ADA accessibility • Installing new street lighting • Installing new pavement, signs, and markings • Installing landscape • Upgrading drainage
