    The average speeds at the intersection of Elkhardt Rd and Whitehead Rd follow: - Elkhardt Rd o Between Flynn Rd and Whitehead Rd = 15mph o Between Hull St and Whitehead Rd = 17mph - Whitehead Rd bet. Elmbridge Rd and Elkhart Rd = 22mph Traffic calming is not currently planned.
