Description
Hello, I live at 2109 Rose Ave. My service main water shut-off valve (curb stop) is located in the alley behind my house. Gravel was placed in my alley by the City, and it has buried the shut-off. I can no longer locate or access it. I have called and emailed the Department of Public Utilities multiple times to request that this valve be located and exposed, but it has not been resolved. I need this completed as soon as possible so I can complete work safely inside my home. Laura Radigan
