There is a mobile barber who is illegally blocking the right of way for pedestrians on the sidewalk. It is not only encumbering pedestrians but is also highly unsanitary.

- Staff · August 15, 2025Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention regarding the mobile barber operating on the sidewalk at 2115 Jefferson Ave. Our inspector visited the site today and did not see the barber set up. The Richmond Police Department’s non-emergency division has been contacted and advised that they will be addressing the issue if he happens to return. We appreciate your report and will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the public right-of-way remains clear and safe for pedestrians.
