Stuart Ave between Thompson and Sheppard stops at Thompson then there are all-way stops at Nansemond, Roseneath, Tilden, Cleveland, Belmont and Sheppard. (All of the all-way stops were legislated by City Council Ordinances.) The average speed on Stuart between Thompson and Sheppard measured between 11mph and 15mph. Speed tables and other traffic calming measures are not currently planned. Contact the Richmond Police Dept at (804.646.5100) to report vehicles running stop signs.
