Description

There is a very large tree in the backyard of a rental property at 2320 W Grace causing neighborhood concerns. The tree is too large for the property and has many large dead limbs; it is unhealthy. The branches are longer than the trunk and the tree appears to be propped up by the garage. If branches come down during a storm they could cause damage to life and property across multiple properties (3/4 properties). Very concerning. The landlord should consider removing this tree.
