Description
The narrow alley from N 1st St between my house and 103—207 E Leigh St turns sharp right behind my house and the Hippodrome. Saturday night, 2 August, a UHaul truck insisted on entering. It destroyed 3 bollards and my parking pad. Hit-and-run. Pix attached. Police report number is 202508020546. This is the 4th incident in 3 years. Please forward to TJ Boyce.
