Description

There are 2 stop signs at Hawthorne and Lancaster. One was hit and is bent so it's now not visible. Also, the neighborhood watch sign in front of it blocks it from view. The other sign is not visible because of bushes along the city park, so both stop signs are invisible to oncoming cars. Please address both. Thank you.
