Description
Trash truck juice and trash remnants continue to be left in the street each week. On Springhill between West 28th and 27th, alley between Springhill and Stonewall between 28th and 27th, on West 28th between Springhill and Stonewall, on Stonewall between 28th and 29th. Essentially the entire neighborhood smells like trash and is covering the street.
