Comments
- Staff · August 13, 2025I’m writing to provide an update on your recent 311 complaint regarding unauthorized “Road Closed” signage and cones at the entrance to the cul-de-sac south of 400 Granite Ave. An inspection was conducted, and it was determined that the road was not closed. A “Keep Right” sign had been placed at the entrance by a nearby resident who had removed it from a median where it was left after a past signal project. The resident indicated that the sign was moved as a joke to prompt a City response. The inspector spoke directly with the resident, and the sign has since been removed from the street and placed back within the right-of-way. The resident apologized for the incident. This matter has now been resolved, and the signage is no longer obstructing the entrance. Best regards, Elijah Hatchett
