Citizen reporting trash including bags and card boards being dumped behind 1610 and 1612 W Cary street that is constantly overflowing and blocking the alley, citizen says you have to swerve around the pot holes in the alley and the with their trash so far out into the alley it makes it impossible. 1600 cary st
