Description

This repair request (DPW000183627) was originally submitted 14 September, 2024 and assigned on September 16, 2024. Site inspection described a 10 x 25 foot area of sidewalk uplifted by tree roots, needing repair. As of today (August 11, 2025), the repairs have not been performed. The sidewalk continues to deteriorate with additional bricks upended and displaced. This is a significant tripping hazard. Please repair.
