Description

sidewalk slab is coming up and uneven. tripping hazard and has caused trips while people are walking. Multiple cracks and holes appearing underneath the slab and have come up and are un-even.

    This location was inspected on 9/28/25. There is 20ft of damaged sidewalk in front of house and there is 15 ft of damaged sidewalk on the side of home due to tree roots. This location will be repaired with the rating system and the safety hazard concerns.
