Description

A new tree is scheduled to be planted in tree well at 2415 Kensington ave by Fan Fistrict Association. . FDA was concered about plastic pipe in tree well. Appears to be over an abandoned valve. Requesting investigation into an abandoned vale or if live. Remove if abandoned.
