Description
Designated turning lanes on Monument and Malvern. It's dangerous. It's an intersection with a stop light and 2 major roads, but there is no turning lane. There is a designated turning lane on every other road that intersect with Malvern. Also, with the advent of the bike lines, the merging distance is extrememly decreased. It's unsafe.
