Description
There is vegetation hanging in the westbound bike lane of Jahnke Rd between Hioaks Rd and Westover Gardens Blvd, completely blocking the bike lane. This forces cyclists to either ride through a forest of branches or quickly merge into traffic on Jahnke Rd. There is also a lot of debris and trash in the gutter, reducing the effective width of the bike lane.
