Description
Tall grasses and weeds growing in the gutter next to the sidewalk the entire block of 100 block of 23rd Street on the side of Bellevue School Property. This is unsightly and affects rainwater drainage down the hill. Hope it can be cleaned up before school starts. This problem has gotten worse since I first submitted this request. The overgrowth is several feet tall in some locations along this block. Please have this unsightly and dangerous overgrowth removed ASAP. Do your job City of Richmond.
