Description
Traffic calming measures would be beneficial on W31st St between Semmes and Forest Hill. This stretch of street is frequently used for cars going between Semmes Midlothian and Semmes, many of which go above the 25 MPH speed limit. This stretch is frequently used by pedestrians walking dogs/kids going to the park/etc. There is also less visibility with the slight turn in the road around Porter St.
