Description
This intersection is highly hazardous for both TJ High school students and residents who try to cross Malvern Ave on W Grace St. Although there are crosswalks painted on the road, cars very rarely stop much less slow down for pedestrians. We have lived here six years and it has continued to be an issue. I really think what is needed and what will keep both students and residents safe is an electric cross walk sign. Between accessing the school and the playground this is a high foot traffic road.

Grace St. A pedestrian signal is a capital expense and not in the adopted FY26 City Budget. Currently crosswalks and school crossing warning signs are present on Malvern Ave at W. Grace St.
