Hi my trash can has been stolen for the 3rd time, I’d really love to not be charged for this. I can’t pull it back inside the gate due to the poison ivy and Virginia creeper infestation in the alley but it’s the first time it’s happened in like 2 years so can i please have a replacement free of charge?
