Description
The signal at Midlothian (westbound) and westover hills has a timing issue. Its a T intersection and midlo is 1 way at the light, so the signal allows for midlo traffic to go right or left onto westover hills. There are periods in the light signal where the light is red for midlo traffic and westover hills traffic, resulting in confusion.
