311 Quality - Our customer asks for a callback to discuss situations with they alley before you schedule the repair and do the work. Please share a call to Mr. Wieder. Accident took place again in alley and he needs DPW to perform the cobblestone repair. His own photos added to "this" his original request

    the alley entrance from first street is very narrow . this is the 3rd time they have had damaged to there home because too large vehicles are coming through. asking for the city to put up sign stating large vehicles enter from second street sign. it was denied. citizen would like some from public works to come and talk the him about the issue.
