- Staff · August 5, 2025Mr. Williams, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention regarding the store advertisement signs near 5501 Midlothian Turnpike at Erich Road. Our Right of Way inspection team conducted a site visit and confirmed that the signs were placed within the public right-of-way. We spoke with the business owner, who has agreed to relocate the signs to private property within the next few days. We will continue to monitor the location until the signs are removed from the right-of-way. Your report helps us ensure that the public right-of-way remains safe and unobstructed, and we appreciate your diligence in notifying the City.
