Description
Pedestrian walkway is abstracted during buisness hours, and pedestrians have to walk into Main Street in order to get around trucks and fencing.

- Staff · August 4, 2025Our team has investigated the issue and coordinated with the contractor. Dominion Power has completed their work in the area, and the contractor is preparing to install scaffolding that will allow the sidewalk to safely reopen. The worksite has been reviewed, and a plan is in place to address the obstruction while maintaining public safety. We will continue to monitor the location until the sidewalk is fully accessible to pedestrians. Thank you for your patience and for helping us maintain a safe and accessible public right-of-way.
