Description
There has been trash overflowing from 2 recycle bins and another trash can for over a month now. The sidewalk is blocked. Bugs and animals are getting into it and toxins are spreading. This is a hazard and a disgrace that the city has not removed this and fined those responsible at 900 N 25Th St. Please help make our city cleaner and safer.
