Description
We have been trying for many years to have Westbrook's speed limit changed to 25 mph. Drivers seem to have fun seeing how fast they can go around the existing spliters. Four cars at different times have been totaled parked in front of our house, Once you cross Brook and enter into Ginter Park, the speed limit on Westbrook changes to 25 mph. This has always seemed strange to us since no houses face Westbrook there. Thanks so much. By the way we love the changes proposed for Westbrook.
