Description
The pedestrian signal on the north half of the intersection crossing S 25th St (CVS/Pulse side) is malfunctioning, causing "10" to permanently display through all phases of the pedestrian signal. I observed pedestrians being confused by this as it appears there are still 10 seconds to cross during the full stop phase. This is a potential danger to pedestrians trying to cross S 25th St.
