Description

The sidewalks on the block of 21st between Q & R are so overgrown, bricks are missing, part is concrete and the concrete is buckling. It's not accessible for anyone with mobility issues or for older residents on the block. It was "assigned" to be repaired in December of 2020 but nothing has been done for 5 years and it's only gotten worse.
