Description

Tree regularly drops limbs, is leaning and if it's not going to be removed it needs to be trimmed to not effect utility lines. Tree roots are also effecting 1505's sewage line. The sewage line has been replaced twice due to roots- once by former owner of property and just again in 2025 by current owner.
