Description
The canal walk, at site of the murals at the Padel Plant has been blocked for weeks with no permit. This space was issued a permit with the condition that this pedestrian and bike walkway remain open at all times, however it has been inaccessible for weeks. It is a hazard and inconvenience to pedestrians and bikes, as bike are forced to route through the tight space between the bridge and Casa del Barco where pedestrians often gather after eating at the resturuant.

If voluntary compliance is not achieved, the City will proceed with formal enforcement measures to ensure that the public access easement is restored as required.
