Thank you again for bringing your concern regarding the Canal Walk access at 1201 Haxall Point to our attention. Our team has completed a follow-up investigation and we are coordinating with the property owner to voluntarily reopen the walkway. If voluntary compliance is not achieved, the City will proceed with formal enforcement measures to ensure that the public access easement is restored as required. We will continue to monitor this location and will provide additional updates as this matter progresses. Your report is instrumental in helping the city maintain safe and accessible public spaces, and we appreciate your diligence in following up. If you have any additional questions or notice further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out through 311. Best regards, Elijah Hatchett
