Description
Recommend placement of "No U-Turn" Sign on Broad Rock Blvd where Horner Ln intersects. Drivers heading southbound on Broad Rock Blvd will routinely bypass dedicated left turn area at intersection with South Drive in order to skip the line and make an unsafe U-turn at Horner Ln instead, creating unsafe traffic conditions.
