Description
Red maple in decline in front of 23 E 34th St and 21 E 34th St. Years of utility maintenance have caused the canopy to become over extended. Lots of dead and dying limbs in canopy and the main union is in poor health. Concerned the tree will fail, damaging cars and potentially harming people using the sidewalk. Please send an arborist to assess the tree. Im a certified arborist and believe the tree needs to be removed. My name is Sam Walters. My ISA certification number is MA - 6466AT
