Description

The citizen states that the sidewalk is buckling and those areas hold water. Also the sidewalk needs to be repaired where it connects to her driveway. She is in a wheelchair and the condition of the sidewalk makes it hard for her to navigate. Also she accumulates a lot of mud in the wheel of her chair when it rains because of the large puddles of water/dirt.
