Description
Half of the branches never grew leaves. Leaves that have grown are all brown and wilting and falling off all summer. Arborist or other inspectors have been out before but claimed nothing was wrong. I'd like to plan on meeting the arborist on site for inspection to discuss findings. Citizen is asking if the inspector could contact him so that he may point out the issue as the previous inspector stated nothing was wrong with the tree citizen stated he has a ring camera and hasn't seen anyone come
