Description
I live on the 3200 block of W Grace Street. Drivers regularly speed when traveling down W Grace St, and fail to adequately stop at intersection stop signs on a regular basis. It would be great if a traffic calming assessment could be completed on the 3200 block of the street (or even on W Grace from Thompson St to Arthur Ashe Blvd) to see if speed tables or other calming measures would be appropriate.

- Staff · July 29, 2025Grace St between Arthur Ashe Blvd and Thompson St stops at Thompson, Roseneath, Tilden, Cleveland, Belmont, Sheppard, and Arthur Ashe. (Most of the all-way stops were via City Council Ordinance.) The average speed on Grace between Thompson and Arthur Ashe measured between 13mph and 15mph. Speed tables and other traffic calming measures are not currently planned.
