Description

Despite the speed tables, cars are still driving quickly in front of Carver Elementary on Leigh Street. We are wondering about the possibility of a speed camera being placed at that school.

    85 percent of people are driving the speed limit on W Leigh St in front of Carver Elementary. Speed Cameras are part of Richmond Police Department traffic enforcement. Citizens can request enforcement (police officers or speed feedback signs) by using the non emergency number: 804-646-5100.
