Description
On 2/15/25, our neighbor reported that a tree dropped a limb on their car, damaging the roof. Report was closed, but nothing was done. Since then, more branches have dropped. Many dead branches and fungi are visible. When our HVAC/electrical inspections were conducted, Woodfin informed them that there is a branch on a power line that needs to be addressed. We are very concerned because of the potential for fire when a limb hit the power line.
