Description
The easement between Newport Drive and Fauquier Avenues was used by Dominion Energy / MasTec to install underground lines. Their large machinery left massive ruts and gauges in the ground that create issues for pedestrians and future utility trucks. Dominion Energy/MasTec claims they smoothed the area and the ruts are not their doing. I find that highly unlikely. There are tree limbs and kudzu all over the lines too. If they won't help, can the city get involved? Addressing now is key!
