Description
This is the alley between the 3500 block of Moss Side Ave and Montrose Avenue. The alley is full of potholes and becomes very muddy and rutty with rain. It is especially challenging to drive a car in the alley between avoiding the potholes and the overgrown vegetation (for which a separate request has been submitted). Alley needs a new load of gravel and potholes filled. Thank you.
