Description
Recycling bins and a trash bin from 900 N 25th St have been placed for months blocking the sidewalk near the alley (where cars park) on O St, in between 25th and 24th Streets. The recycling bins are stuffed with trash and spilling over the sidewalk, attracting animals, rodents, and creating dangerous and toxic situation. I believe neighbors have reported this situations months ago and unfortunately the cans have NOT been removed. There are lots of children and pets in the area and this is unacceptable. Please remove the illegal cans and waste and do not allow this to continue.
