Description

Tree is located in the city sidewalk on Rowland between Grove and Hanover. The tree has grown so large its limbs are touching the wall at street level and drooping into the yard of condo unit 10. The limbs are very close to the top balcony railings. The tree sways a lot during storms and could break the balcony of the top unit. This tree has never been trimmed and needs to be limbed. I have a video of it in a storm but it will not upload to this site. Thank you. Brenda Whitener
