Description
Requesting that the pedestrian signal across Shafer St be altered to always display the walk signal. This is not a typical intersection because there is only one traffic light, and pedestrians always have the right-of-way crossing Shafer. When the light is red, no cars pass through the intersection at all, which makes it much safer for pedestrians to cross Shafer when the "don't walk" signal is on than when the walk signal is on, the light is green, and cars are turning left onto Shafer.
