- Staff · July 25, 2025I conducted a site visit to investigate the concern, and, at the time of my inspection, no construction materials or trash were observed in the roadway or within the public right-of-way. However, posted “No Parking” signage in the area dated for work between July 28th and August 1st indicates that pavement work is scheduled to take place. It is possible that any materials previously noted in the report were removed in preparation for this upcoming construction. At this time, there do not appear to be any active violations or hazards, and no immediate corrective action is required. However, our team will continue to monitor the area during the scheduled construction period to ensure compliance with right-of-way regulations and safety standards.
