citizen calling about cor came and did work and dug up yard and need to come out and fix and has asphalt in the front of home and tripped and need to have sidewalk fixed with concrete

    Asphalt Concern Forwarded to DPU – Ticket Closed The asphalt concern noted in this ticket is related to work completed by the Department of Public Utilities (DPU). As such, this ticket is being marked as completed, as the concern was forwarded to DPU for resolution. Below is the feedback provided by DPU: DPU Feedback: Our contractor was informed of the customer’s complaint. MasTec has dispatched their restoration subcontractor to assess the area and perform any necessary temporary repairs to address the tripping hazard. The concrete restoration work is being scheduled and will be completed soon.

    This location has been inspected on 8/27/2025. There was work done at this location by the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) (gas, water, etc.) division. DPU is responsible for this repair. We will contact the DPU division that we believe is responsible. Please go back through the 311 system and route this request to DPU.
