Description
It’s not damage. However, the curb cuts are not accessible. They stop 3 1/2 to 4 inches at least above Laurel. I have a power chair and if I were to go down these curb cuts, I would definitely flip over To get out of Monroe Park, I had to go down a few blocks to Main Street in Laurel. Honestly, that’s what all the curb cut should be. It drops you off so you’re flat on Laurel.
