Description
Citizen says the traffic exiting the apartments across the street have a hard trouble seeing oncoming traffic and almost have to pull out into the road which causes a lot of accidents, requesting the area be surveyed for speed humps/ bumps

- Staff · July 24, 2025The average speed on Whitehead Rd between Elmbridge Rd and Greenbank Rd measured 31mph in a 35mph speed zone. (Both streets are in front of the Residencies at Brookside and are private streets.) The DMV crash records for the latest three full years data (1.1.22 – 12.31.24) revealed one crash along Whitehead Rd in this same area. The speed samples show general compliance with the posted 35mph speed limit and speed tables are not planned.
