Description
Asphalt behind our yard should be broken up and removed and replaced with gravel because it makes rain water pond there for weeks breeding mosquitoes. It makes it hard for us, an elderly neighbor in his yard and people on Shields to stay outside for more than a few minutes. Also, we have to stand in water to get parcels out of our car hatch and people splash us if we go to the trash or car. Making the surface permeable would be a big improvement.
