Description
Landlord does not pay for City collection and chooses to offer alternative “valet” trash removal service that is sub par and does not meet city code for opting out of City collection services. Lately trash had been collecting around the property. Within recent months, Dept Waste recently removed illegal trash cans. There are currently over a dozen bags of trash at the stop sign/ sidewalk at the corner of Stuart and Tilden that have been left. Pictures of trash bags included. Landlord is The Collection Midtown.
