Description
The traffic signal timing going northwest on this always has the left turn lane engage / turn on despite there being no real road to turn left on. This causes unneeded traffic, sitting upwards of 2 minutes needlessly, as the southeast bound lanes as you wait for non existstant cars to turn left. The signal plates in the road are not functional or the timing of this is off, as it will do it regardless of time of day.
