Description
Both sides of cedar street close to 21st have sidewalks thst are overgrown and impassable by pedestrians. Wheelchairs and people with mobility issues 100% cannot go down the sidewalks. Both sides need to be mowed asap, the one side with old contruction needs the sidewalks reinstalled. The sidewalk was totally torn up and removed by the builder and never replaced.
